Welcome to Primrose 1668, your home from home in Robin Hoods Bay. Primrose 1668, is a fully restored grade II listed Fisherman’s cottage, dating from 1668, located in the old village on Albion Road just off the dock and within 30 seconds of the beach. Primrose 1668 is decorated and furnished to the highest standard with large leather settees, the odd antique, rugs, throws and cushions abound, plasma TV, DVD, video, CD player and mood lighting, whould you want that romantic night in. The walls are painted with Farrow and Ball Heritage paints and are adorned with pictures of old local scenes, 19th Century sailing boats, a local Admiralty Chart and Ordnance Survey Map. The cottage benefits from full gas central heating, cast iron gas stove in lounge and two further cast iron fireplaces in the bedrooms (only for display). The rooms are of good proportions with beams downstairs, original exposed floorboards upstairs, and the bathroom has an exposed stone wall. Sleeping 2 to 7 people in 2 double bedrooms and one triple bedroom, the master bedroom having an extremely comfortable and imposing cast iron bed. Primrose 1668 also has the benefit of being able to offload outside the front door and has a lovely (if small) cliff top garden in which to relax with a glass of wine and unwind, savor the sea air and admire the amazing rooftop view that can only be Robin Hoods Bay.
